From Bach to Rock, America’s music school for students of all ages, proudly announces the winners of its second annual Battle of the Bands competition, held virtually June 25-26, 2022. Students from Bach Schools to Rock Schools across the country had the opportunity to show off their talents and compete against other bands while vying for top honors at this popular event for the national franchise of fifty-four music schools. Forty-six groups competed in three divisions: elementary school, middle school and high school. A national panel of judges selected one winner and two runners-up per category, and more than 6,000 online fans voted for their favorite fan in each category during the pre-recorded live stream event. All musical genres were represented, from country to pop-rock and hip-hop, including classic rock. They plan, rehearse and rehearse again and perfect their performances. Encouraging students to participate in groups is a key principle of B2R method.
